FIRE & What Fire Extinguisher?

Doubt any fire extinguisher would work for this fire, it shut down one side of the interstate and the other was single lane. Winds were in excess of 35mm and pushing the fire like crazy, could feel the heat as we passed & no emergency vehicles were present. Only good thing was being in the median, could not hopefully jump the road and take off
