Falken Wildpeak RT01

Just ordered a set in 37x13.50r18. I realize they just came to market but curious if anyone else may already have some and thoughts on them. Things that sold me are :
18” because I’m keeping stock wheels
Tread depth 20/32 (usually only mt’s have that depth)
3ply sidewall
Too many Nitto ridge grapplers in the world. Jk

Hopefully they turn out to be a good tire.

That’s a wide tire for 8 inch wide rims. I've seen those tires but know nothing about them. Falken makes great tires so I’m sure you’ll be happy.

Yep; Falken approves, at minimum, an 8.5" rim width for the 37x13.50x18 tire.

Yep they do. I don’t do any wild wheeling so I’m not concerned with losing a bead.

I ran 33s on my 2500. Very soft, quiet riding tire. Wet roads could get sketchy at times. I would own them again, but I dont think they lasted more than 30K. I went back to Toyo AT3s when I replaced them, but still have the Falken as my spare.

Yep, a lot on installers won't install on less than minimum width.

2/4 arrived today and they’re much more impressive/aggressive in person than depictions online. Hopefully the others arrive by the weekend for mount.

I wanted the baja boss a/t as well but wanted to stay with an 18” wheel and 37” tire. I don’t think you’d go wrong with either tire!

true, i'm getting 17s so both are options. but i think the falkens are at the top, mickeys only if i can't get r/ts. make sure to post how they ride.

I’ll definitely keep it updated with thoughts on performance. Also these are made in Thailand. Not China junk.

I just got a set of the wildpeak RTs on my stock tremor. 37x12.50r18. Did a tiny bit of trimming. And they look and drive great. I have a couple hundred miles on them. They rub a little bit at full lock.

Nice!! Got any pics of them mounted up? I’m leaning towards the 0.5” spacer from Bora (Motorsport Tech) to mitigate any rub issues but want to get them on first to assess the fit.

I measured them at 36.75. Falken has them listed as that actual height also.
