Factory Warn Winch - 2022 Compatible with 2023?

Ford is replacing my 2022 tremor due to issues and I took my winch off and hoping to use on my 2023 since it doesn’t have a winch. I looked at the install manual and it looks like it’s all the same parts except for the fairlead mounting bracket.

Does anyone know if that bracket can be purchased separately? I can’t seem to find anything online.

What issues did the '22 have?
