Expected delivery for tremor build

Hi All,

I just ordered my ‘21 f250 lariat w/ the tremor package. I ended up going with the lariat so I could get the front bench seat and then just added many packages (e.g. ultimate package, power moonroof, etc.) to get it closer to the higher trim levels.

ANYWAYS - what has y’alls experience been w/ delivery time? I’ve been told 6-8 weeks but have heard from others that it could be as long as 4-6 months given the semiconductor shortage and the unpredictability of covid.

I ordered mine on the 18th of Jan. And it is in production at the plant now.

Ordered mine the Monday before thanksgiving. Still awaiting shipment!

Production on super duties (and everything else for that matter) has been delayed lately. I originally ordered a non-tremor F350 back in November (at the time I needed a plow so I did not want to go temor) and that particular truck is still in transit. My needs changed (dont need the plow), and of course I could not pass up the opportunity to drive a tremor, so I ordered mine the first week of February, and it is scheduled to be built the fourth week in April, most likely May delivery. In general, 3 to 4 months is to be expected. Ask your dealer for updates, first your order will “schedule to week,” and then it will “schedule to day.” That will give you the best idea of a timeline. Once it is built, usually 2 to 3 weeks transit depending on where you are in the country.

I ordered mine Nov 8th, and it's finally supposed to be here this week. Long wait, but as others have said, it's that way with all types of manufacturing right now.

I ordered mine on 3 Nov 20, I picked it up 2 Jan 21. Was not too bad, considering it went over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Congrats on order. I ordered mine 10/19/20, took delivery 2/2/21. Seemed to take forever. I was constantly looking at tracking website. Patience my friend.

Wow! Thats really fast. What a lot of folks dont realize as well is that certain options can delay or push through a build. As much as the factory would like to build in sequential order, if there is a restriction on a certain option it may delay a particular build. Both of the trucks that I ordered had the black appearance package, which I know has been in short supply in the super duty production world.

Good point, I didnt have a lot of options, Lariat ultimate pack, adaptive cruise, clearance lights, spray in liner, wheel well liners, thats about it, so nothing to potentially delay it.

Just a reminder to you guys that just ordered, if you want the heated steering wheel, you need to order the rain sensing wiper package. IT DOES NOT COME STANDARD WITH THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE! Oh and congratulations on the order and welcome to the forum! ???

There are some reports on Blue Oval forums if you ordered a Tremor this month and your dealer has more orders than allocations...you could be transitioned to the 22MY that starts builds june 1st.
It could be late june or August before delivery. just keep that in mind.

I ordered on 11/30 and it was shipped on the 12th of February. Expecting it sometime this week or next. So I am getting into my 13th week.
