Estimated Delivery Date before Production Date? 2021

So I ordered my 2021 Tremor on 8/24 and I got my VIN on 9/29. I've been checking both tracking sites but haven't seen a Production Date pop up. I emailed my dealer and she said the truck is due here the week of November 23rd in her system. How could it be that there's a VIN and estimated delivery date before a projected production date?

So my status updated and filled in a production and delivery date, but it's 3 weeks later than the dealer's system is showing. Which system has been more accurate in the past?
