I'm in process of towing a 7000# trailer to CO, then to NM, then back to TX. Dirt bike riding with some peeps.
Currently in CO.

2024 F350 Lariat Tremor, low miles

The display was set to Gages/Measurements should look like this

as I was headed down the highway, the Measurement would go blank, like this

Anyone else have this happen ? if so, what is the fix?

Did you try disconnecting the batteries for a bit and seeing if things rebooted and worked again?

I've had the same issue on my 24 6.7.
I have an open ticket with ford. Mine only does it in tow/haul. Definitely a programming issue.

Confirmed, thanks.

Mine is the 7.3 gasser, and only in tow/haul

Funny, I was just playing with the different drive modes in my MY24 today and mine does the exact same thing in tow/haul. I really wish we had the option to configure the gauge cluster to whatever look we want instead of only associating each one with a drive mode.

This is due to using Nav and the tow haul screens at the same time. Something to do with the placement of the nav directions as I understand it. Happens to mine as well. I hear that a fix will happen but I’m not holding my breath.

Yep I noticed the same thing when I was in tow/haul while using CarPlay for navigation. Unplug my phone and the measurements would come back. I just learned to live with it when I was towing or would just leave my phone unplugged until I needed to charge it

Cool. Now the Temp gauge is gone.
No Digital number at all

How has Ford not got this figure out?
5175 miles on the ODO. 2024 F350 Lariat.
9 month old truck

That's oil pressure and looks to be the default gauge config. You probably got an update and it reset your gauges back to factory default and you need to reconfigure which gauges to display. Updates also reset My View screens.

There was an update last week.
I guess the lesson here is every time there is an over the air FORD update, owner has to go in an update the "custom view".

TSB 25-2083 was released on 11 March 2025

Service Manager told me it took the tech the full 3.7 hours, and he said something to the effect that the Tech updated ** almost ** every module in the truck that had to do with the info screens (GWM, APIM, TCU, PCM, TCM, SOBDMC, BCM, IPC) plus the BMS (Battery Mgmt System)

Thanks for the update!!
I just called my dealer aboit this last month and he said there was no update. good to know there
may be a fix. My 2023 has every issue listed on the TSB I cant believe it took them this long to release a fix.
Snot nosed kids writing code for big trucks!!

Dealership had my truck from 03-19 March -- I am fairly confident my truck was one of the first to get this new TSB; since it was issued on 11 March
