I hope to do that drive this year! How do you think it would go with a 32 foot travel trailer behind the Tremor?Coming down of the 11,000ft 20 mile switch back laden 7% Woolf Creek pass Colorado the engine break combined with the truck’s 10 spread transmission worked like a charm.
I thought the same thing.I was worried for you until I saw you meant ‘brake’.![]()
Me too, people rarely use the correct spelling around here.I thought the same thing.
yeah I use it all the time in the Santa Monica mountains near my house. A few stretches of 7-8% grades and it will just hold it right at the speed you want. Really solid feature and I bet even more useful when actually towing. I hate the idea of riding my brakes for mile after mile.Coming down of the 11,000ft 20 mile switch back laden 7% Woolf Creek pass Colorado the engine break combined with the truck’s 10 spread transmission worked like a charm.
Hope you mean summer. Even a Tremor tow should not attempt until snow and ice seasons have passed. Likely you could not outshift factory shifting with manual the engine break plus trailer tow Should be all you need. Let us know. That being said it is beautiful drive.I hope to do that drive this year! How do you think it would go with a 32 foot travel trailer behind the Tremor?
