Blue Ox set up.
Tow Bar is the Avail 10k# rating.
Demco Air Force One Braking Sytem (installed by Camping World on truck and Renegade Super C)
Blue Ox Base plate installed by me. Saved $475 on labor. I am even more glad I went with the 2WD valance vs. the Tremor one. You would basically cut the Tremor valance apart it is so thin.
The safety cables attached to the base plate and frame was probably the hardest part as you have to wrap them so tight around the frame to avoid contact with track bar. Another set of hands would have been nice. It clears the Carli torsion bar as well.
Tow rig is a 2021 Renegade Valencia 38RW. #12k tow rating.

Quite the set up for towing - Looking at your photo of the safety cable I would ask you - what is rating of your quick link that is holding the safety cables together? If not stamped with a rating - it could be as little at 1,500 lbs. - given size maybe it is 3,000 - 5,000 lbs. - with cables wrapped around the frame, if rated 5,000 lbs. most likely ok - but out of caution I would make sure what you secure the safety cables with is rated at a break strength of 10k or more to equal the system you are using. If that quick clip came with system from mfg. and is properly rated, you are good to go - if not - I would look at that - for $30 you could replace with a large rated D-shackel and know you have everything dialed in, just in case.

Looks like a great way to travel - but that is a beast to tow! Have fun.

Alternative might be a rated 3/4" D-Shackel - rated to meet your needs

Thanks for the advice and I will look into it. The quick link is part of BlueOx's baseplate system. I do doubt they provide all the weight rated system and use an under rated link. Imagine the liability they would face.
It tows well enough but you know it's back there just like the trailer I tow behind it. Once the Bronco Raptor comes out and demand slacks I will down grade to it. Hate Jeeps...

Where did you mount your air line, break away switch, and brain for the AF1? I have the same setup.
