I was driving my truck today, went to pass a car that was doing 45 and as soon as it downshifted and started forward I lost power. The dash lit up with all kinds of warnings. The first one I saw was “Service Advancetrak” followed by everything in the vehicle being not available. I also noticed that I not longer had indication of what gear I was in.
I pulled over to the side of the road to see if power cycling did any good... nope. It’s dead in the water now. Won’t even try to start.

Thanks @BLACKWATER! That looks exactly like what I’m seeing. Only a damn engineer would stick a frequently used item like a fuse box way back there...

No signs of water damage that I can see, but it also sits right over the wheel well. So who knows if any came in the bottom. Also, there’s no gasket around the lid.

Do you have front wheel well liners?

Hope you get it back soon!!! I was concerned about water intrusion in electronics with 6.7. I opted for the wheel well liners.
In midwest we run vehicles through car wash a lot in winter with powerful undercarriage blasters.

I’ll be sure to update this thread as the saga unfolds. I splashed around a lot last week through the puddles left from the 12” of rain we got. But nothing like what I’ve seen from some owners.

An offroad truck sensitive to splashing?
I've not heard this one yet.
Hope you can keep your cool and get this resolved promptly.

@Bill_D hope its a minor fix and your back on the road quickly. Let us know what you learn. Hang tough Brother and cooler heads always prevail. ????
