Dana M275 rear diff cover bolt size, 12pt 13mm?

I can't find where it's documented and I can't find a 12pt 13mm to test it, but I know 12mm and 14mm are not it. Is it maybe SAE?

actually, I think I tried both of those two as well. I know I tried the 1/2".

The most frustrating part was that I didn't have and 12pt 13mm to test it. Did this one seemingly common tool escape me all these years or has it recently disappeared?

Try a 6 point. Sometimes 12’s are hard to work with

That's the thing, the bolt is a 12pt.

Yes, they’re 13mm bolts. I just confirmed with my own socket.
