Classified Feedback Thread

There should be a thread in the classified section to give buyer/seller feedback on items sold. This way it gives everyone a peace of mind when buying/selling.

I have 2 different members to give positive feedback on that I have bought from:

@t_jolt - purchased all weather floor mats, he sold them at a reasonable price and shipped them out very quickly!

@Chris21667 - purchased his foglight pockets at a very good price, he had great communication and shipped them out very fast!

Not a bad idea, I just hope people won't assume that since a forum member doesn't have any feedback that the person is illegitimate. This all goes back to buyer beware.

Concerning peace of mind on another forum they have the OP post a picture like this

It indicates that the seller is the same as in the picture selling the item they're listing on a specific date. just a CYA method another forum with tons of members that scammers had screwed over at times. At all times, buyer beware.

I don’t plan to sell much but the posting a picture with the index card is a PITA. A feedback forum os good if we have a bad guy amongst our ranks they will be exposed. It can just be a thread even.

It doesn't have to be an index card, just proof that it is you that is selling to give the buyer a more confident feeling when buying. How does one know you didn't copy a picture from the web and post it here saying something is for sale then run off when you send them your money? That's why that forum implemented that, to reduce the amount of scamming.

It's just a thought for your consideration.
