Carli Brake Line Issue

Hi All,

For those that have Carli suspension installed, can you share with me what direction the driver's side brake line (red) is looped? Some how, my brake line bracket got bent forward (green) and my brake line rubbed down to the steel braiding. I suspect the tire snagged it during articulation when I was on a trail recently. According to the instructions, the brake line is supposed to be looped next to the frame. My installer said the line wasn't long enough to loop it as directed, which I have somewhat confirmed by messing around with the line.

I know this is an old thread, but did you get this resolved?

Did you have to replace the brake line?

From what I’ve read, any significant lift will require longer brake lines and wheel sensor wires. Factory ones have no play in them

I just encountered the same problem using these brake lines with stock offset wheels. Did you end up replacing the line or is it still holding up?
