Your Ford Tremor is estimated to be delivered in NaN days. Has anyone seen this? To say the least I am excited but for the life of me can't figure this one out. Any help out there? Thanks

Yes, I saw that as well during my delivery debacle a few months ago. It basically means they missed (or are going to miss) your initial delivery date, and they haven’t inputted new one yet. Be patient, it should update again with corrected dates soon.

Hell I never got a delivery date. It went from production to this. I am ready for it to get here but as long as it is in factory condition and buoy well I will wait. They can take their time and do it right.

I’ve had that happen a couple times, usually if I close out of everything and open a new page it reset. Something weird in the coding of the pages.

I just don’t want to build my hopes up and think it is on the way???

Status just went to "in production"......Crazy ass shit!!!!!

Yeo I saw that like 2 or 3 days after I got my vin it went away and never came back. Ordered mine on 11/18 and it's now showing in production.

NaN is database speak for N/A or null values. It's the query returning results of an empty record. Just means they haven't put in a date yet.

More accurately it means "Not a Number" in a field that expects a number. either no date entered or data entry error in the field.

At least you have tracking info. I ordered mine in late August 2020 and according to the dealer was accepted by the factory but later learned I just missed the cut off for the 2020 production build so the factory converted it to a 2021 order. My dealer notified me in late November that my build date would be the week of January 10th 2021. But they will not provide me VIN or any information to let me track.

I'm new to the site, but just received my vin # after 4.5 weeks. I wimped out of the antimatter blue, and changed to the safer silver, with the black appearance package. I also just received a pco from Ford, for an additional 2k off, yesterday. What is the recommended tracking site to plug the vin # in to, to see the projected production, build, and shipping dates? Thanks!

This may be covered elsewhere, but does anyone have an idea about the average length of time between VIN receipt (I got mine yesterday) to build completions? I also received a $2k PCO, but the dealer stated that they cannot honor just a VIN, it has to be delivered prior to the expiration of the PCO. Plus, I am just excited about when IO may receive the truck, now that I have a VIN, its starting to get real! TIA

Usually the truck is built a week or two after the VIN is issued (4 weeks tops). The build normally takes no longer than a week. The delivery part after the build seems to be a wild-card. It could sit for weeks/months at hold-point before it is actually put on a transport. Not normally the case, but it happens fairly frequently it seems. Normal delivery is a week or two after production, if you're lucky. I would say if everything goes good, you could get delivery anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months after your VIN is issued. Good luck to you!

Your dealer sucks! Sorry, but they do! Demand your VIN - if they ordered the vehicle they can easily get it for you! Reasons (that you should not need) #1: So that you can track your order. #2: So that you can get an accurate insurance quote. #3: So that you can shop for the best financing rates. ... and #4: If they deny you your VIN, they suck as a dealer and are just plain lazy and non-customer oriented. There ya go!
Nevermind ... I see from your later posts this week that you finally got your VIN and even a delivery date in the system... Congrats! (But I think your dealer still sucks for withholding that info for so long!) ;)

Was your PCO a mail out offer or was it something you found online?

Sometimes ford marketing will offer additional money off the purchase of a specific new Ford vehicle. It can range between $750-$3,000. The issue is, it's not guaranteed, and it's completely random. There are threads in this forum on how to possibly increase your odds of receiving a private cash offer (PCO). Good luck.

I called ford marketing once a week, for a month, expressing interest in ordering/buying a new super duty. On my fifth week of calling, I was informed a PCO had been generated for me, toward the purchase of a new SD. I was given my dollar amount, the expiration date, and the certificate number over the phone. Some receive their offers via snail mail, or email, too. It is random, and not guaranteed. However, the salesmen, at the dealers, have access to this info as well. They can check and see if any offers have been made in your name.

I would have to agree and that's one of the reasons I usually avoid buying any vehicles off a lot in state. All our dealerships in NM are the same and charge more than surrounding states which us ironic considering we are a poor state. I usually go through Costco anyway. Ordering from the factory this time didnt matter which dealer I used or so I thought. In this case it was a long 4 months, but I hope my wait is almost over now. Pending shipment now.

There are many members on here, including myself, who have dealers honoring the PCO with just a VIN because the truck is technically in their inventory as soon as the VIN is generated. My truck was built 1 week after my PCO expired and I have several emails stating they will honor the $2500 PCO when it is delivered later this month. I would push the dealer to see if they will change their mind.
