The 7 pin housing for a gooseneck broke off in my trucks bed. The pins are still in there good. I’m going to need to use pliers to get it out. Is there a fuse or something to disconnect so I don’t mess up the electrical? Any other considerations to make sure I don’t mess things up?

Fuses 57, 62, 76 In the unde hood fuse panel should be all you need to pull. All the others will be unpowered unless you activate any lights. Just close the doors and make sure all of the lights are off on the truck before you go digging around in there.

Just get under the rear of the truck, pull off the two connectors near the receiver hitch.

Yes. The plug in the bed and the plug on the bumper are connected with a splitter.

Should be a separate section of the harness that makes up those connections. So the bumper connections are on a separate leg. I don't have any specific pics of the location but it's the driver's side of the receiver hitch, you might need to lower the spare for best access.

Same basic location, but this is a 2015 truck.
