Black out package not available on the Platinum???

I am building my new F350 Tremor and want to order a Platinum. I see that they don't have an option for the black out package? If I go build a Lariat, it let's me. I can't find all the differences between the Lariat and the Platinum, but I know I want the massaging seats. I have a platinum currently and use them all the time. Am I missing something, how come I can't order the Platinum with the black out package? What is the secret to be able to do this? TIA!

Also, does anybody know where I can see a list of everything that comes in both, the Lariat and the Platinum to compare. I heard that the interior of the platinum is nicer?

Correct. Both black and sport appearance packages can be applied to only the Lariat trim. Nothing else. It's a frequent complaint.

It's possible to DIY a black appearance package after the fact, but no question it's more expensive and more likely to not look entirely OEM depending on how you go about it.

My buddy recently got a 2021 Platinum Tremor - he had the aluminum tailgate piece and all the badges taken off and painted black - looks great - but had to have an aftermarket shop do it after he got the truck.

They are the multi-contour seats. I know they come with the King Ranch and above, but I'm not sure if they come with the Lariat Ultimate package. I'm sure someone who has the Lariat Ultimate package can answer. But you are looking for seats that say multi-contour

Nope. They don't put the massage seats in lariats.

I wish this did but it's after the fact I think you could add them but at what cost....

Pick tough looking blacked out Lariat, or pinkies up Platinum... Ford makes you choose, unfortunately.
