I went with B&W, but you're on the right track

I can say that the Weigh safe is a well made product. Many shopping options on the web, look around there can be savings on them if you take a few minutes to compare. At elk camp this year was the first titime have towed anything that wasn't a 2 5/16 inch ball in years. I think I might like to have a set up like yours but with the balls on separate mounts so they don't hang down as much and I can just throw the 2 inch in a toolbox for the really rare time when I might need it. I haven't seen any manufacturers that make that.
Had to edit because it looks like weigh safe does make that. That might be a good option for me.
thats a solid hitch right there and plenty of adjustments
don't be that guy, take it out its a knee busterI was planning to leave it on all the time to protect from rear end accidents
Also, it's a lot heavier than I expected. Can't imagine what something like the bulletproof weighs... not sure I'll have any payload left to actually tow anything.
I noticed today that the weigh safe like yours but with one ball can be turned around like the B and W does. Then it would be pretty flat but I guess it would still stick out.don't be that guy, take it out its a knee buster
your comment on the weight of it was very funny to me, so heavy you could probably take it to a recycler and make money on it.
How much does the hitch weigh?I received my B&W yesterday too. It is heavy duty for sure. I purchased the 3” shank since I wanted the full 20,000 lbs towing capability in the hitch.
The only thing you can’t tow is a trailer with a pintle coupler. That’s why I switched from B&W to a Bulletproof Hitch. That one TRULY does it all. It even has 2 different attachment types for WD hitches as well as a farm flat tow attachment.I went with the B&W Tow N Stow....Gives me the flexibility to have everything I need in one unit.
I added this to my Bulletproof hitch at work. It does all but maybe 2 out of 18 trailers. At elk camp this year was the first titime have towed anything that wasn't a 2 5/16 inch ball in years. Gen-Y because I use all three types of hitches: pintle, 2" and 2 5/8" and this is the best solution
I have the B&W as well. I also have the farm flat tow attachment for it. I was constantly changing between the two. Now I have both at my disposal without removing a hitch. Best feature yet.The only thing you can’t tow is a trailer with a pintle coupler. That’s why I switched from B&W to a Bulletproof Hitch. That one TRULY does it all. I like this, need the WD part and didn’t know it was an option. Thanks. The only thing you can’t tow is a trailer with a pintle coupler. That’s why I switched from B&W to a Bulletproof Hitch.
