B&W Turnover Ball Hitch

For those of you that are using a B&W Turnover ball hitch in your Tremors for gooseneck hauling or to mount your 5th wheel hitch, which part number did you use for the under bed piece? Where did you source?

This is why I bought this. It comes raw so I had it powder coated.

Can you add additional details? Would the hitch have to be removed to get the shock off?

It will have to be partially removed or the product listed prior to this post looks like a good solution. I can take a pic and post if needed.
