B&O Audio Without HD Tuner???

For some reason my lariat sport did not come equipped with the HD tuner. I special ordered this truck and nowhere in any of the tech descriptions is it listed as an option or noted that it isn't included. I had a 2019 lariat sport with the same trim and packages that and it had the HD Tuner so I have no idea why this one doesn't. Does anyone else have the same situation?

Something doesnt sound right, my base XLT radio has the HD tuner, may want to check with the dealer. I do have the NAV option but nothing else, no B&O or an sort of premium sound.

Yah I agree. My salesman is no longer at the dealership and everyone else is a plain moron to talk to including the service manager. I can tell I will have to go to the general manager to get this rectified. More BS to deal with and with the whole wuflu thing it seems worse.

I was told only nav package had had radio I am in same boat with lariat

Did you try to enable it in forscan, that may work if you have the hardware.

I don't think they are related. The Nav option is just an SD card they insert into the system slot. My mustang had Nav and no HD. Who effin knows? Certainly no-one at the dealer.

I think there is a HD antenna required and not sure if it if on the truck?

there is a setting in the radio to enable hd radio ... and i have a aftermarket short antenna and hd radio still works... but i have lariat ultimate package
