ARE Truck Cap

So im looking for a cap. I know we have some threads already. But I made this one to be ARE specific. I want a clean look for my Velocity Blue Tremor. Also, I like the option of putting a rack on top/lights on top.

The A.R.E. site states the Revo and Evolve aren't available for the Super Duty. I don't like the black trim on the Overland, so I'd go with the Z or CX Classic. If you're planning on putting any decent weight in the rack then the CX HD.

@funnyman3000 Very good point. Epic fail on my part. LOL. Only thing i plan to put up there is maybe a spare, lights, or idk what else.

I was tempted by their MX with the added light bar, but ultimately went with a tonneau instead. If the light bar were more BD XL linkable or Gavity Pro 6 type, I might have been swayed. I know form follows function, and subjective opinions and all, but I just can't get into those light bars that are a big wide solid matrix of little LED bulbs.

Anyway, Z or MX were my final two, before changing direction to a tonneau. But definitely consider what you'll be putting up there on a rack, and the load rating of the cap.

I got the Yakima roof rails, the remote lock, interior lights, fold down window... I'm probably forgetting something. I believe it was right at $4k

I think A.R.E. had a 10-12 week leed time. How long did you end up waiting on yours?

Yeah it was ordered back at the end of July and showed up the first of October
