The other day when I was changing my oil, I was looking up and admiring the underside of my Tremor and I noticed the number 96 near my head. Well then I started looking around and noticed a few more. Any ideas what they represent? It just tickles my curiosity bone and I’m wondering if anyone on here has a clue about it. Thanks!

My truck has nothing like that. Interesting

As stated above, I would think its an inspection mark of some type for quality control.

Sludge,

I just crawled all over under mine only to find the more senior quality control specialist inspected mine. ?

I could only find markings on the fuel tank skid plate and def tank.

Edit: it did look like the same white paint marker circled the serial number on the side of the fuel tank. Couldn’t find any other markings.

Didn't your truck have an unexplained extended missing in action? Didn't you get it with like 65 mi on it? Maybe those markings have something to do with it.

Yeah that was exactly my situation. Missing for about a month and showed up with a touch under 65 miles. Maybe it had something to do with inspection or extended testing or something. Those thoughts have definitely crossed my mind. I have a little over 4K miles on it now and so far it’s been driving perfectly. Maybe I should be thanking “inspector 96” for a job well done?!?!?!

Thats the best thing to think and Thank GOD also IMHO. Shit imagine 99 inspected it and you had the tranny problem that inspector 99 was lazy passing it on as ok. I pitty that 99 inspector for being so lazy and not doing his job. I pitty that FOOL.

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: ???:p?✌️?

Maybe you should become "Sludgemonkey96"...

God DAMN the undersides of Yalls trucks are clean.

Mine looks like a mud monster took a big shit up there haha

Cant keep this thing clean for more than an hour up here.

Mine are all 69 and say Love Tara. Weird.
Well Tara is very well liked in Kentucky. I heard that she’s on a lot of the trucks coming out of that plant. Rumor has she’s Fords grand daughter. ? Go figure ?
