Ambient Lighting issue in Lariat

I have a 2020 Lariat and as of recent, the ambient lighting in the doors, kick panels and cupholders is not going on at night when the vehicle is running. it just started about a week ago, and want to tried to troubleshoot it prior to taking it into the dealer. Are there any settings that I should be looking at? TIA.

had this same issue and found out that my wife had turned them off the last time she was in the truck. Can be adjusted in under the settings menu.

Thanks Guys! I was getting worried for a second. This is a good old case of RTFM. lol.

Same thing happened to me. I don't remember turning them off ever and notice one night they weren't on. Went into the settings options and turned them back on. They've stayed on ever since.

I have had this happen in my Lincon sometime.....they are just off and have to turned back on. Not sure how it happens.

If sync 3 does a update it also sometimes turns them off as well
