I've been a silent observer of the forum for a while. Figured now is a good time to post.

Build date 12/6
Shipped 12/16
Arrived 12/29
Picked up today 12/31
Only drove for maybe a half hour so far but wow. The ride quality is amazing. My brother has a 2019 F250 XLT that I just drove for comparison purposes. I also previously had a 2017 F150 Raptor. I find the ride quality to be much stiffer (handles bumps well and corners very well) than the Raptor's suspension, but slightly softer than the 2019 XLT F250. In my opinion this make for the perfect ride. I've owned and driven every brand of HD truck and prior to this acquisition the Power Wagon was my favorite in terms of ride quality, however the 2020 Tremor takes the cake by far. The power output is unreal, handling is amazing and there is only one negative note I have on the entire truck. I'm used to the 10 speed as my Raptor had a similar transmission, however the extra torque makes the shift between 1/2 and 2/3 VERY rough at times. Hopefully after everything breaks in a little this will improve, and it's definitely something Ford could always work on with a ECU update. I'll give the other driving modes a try tomorrow and see if it's better in one of the other ones.
No road noise at all from Tires (Raptor has A LOT in comparison)
Overall I still give the truck 10/10. I have Lariat Ultimate, Lariat Sport, Tremor, High cap Tow, 6.7 Diesel.

Congratulations, I also ordered mine in black , very similar to your build less the sport package. I Should have it 1/13/20 eta ... enjoy your truck and Happy New year!??

Welcome to the forum @Tomc - That is one awesome looking truck and great photo! I have a 17 Raptor I'll be looking at trading it on the Tremor.

1. How's the acceleration compare to the Raptor? Does it have the same fun factor when driving?
2. Have you noticed a big difference in the turning radius?

Glad to hear about the lack of road noise. Although I love an aggressive looking tire, it's not worth the road noise at this point in my life :)

Hi Modified,
Best of luck trading the Raptor. Mine has every option, in absolutely perfect condition, 29K miles. Typically this truck would sell for ~50K. The dealership offered me 37K. I told them forget it and kept the Raptor and will now sell on my own. Wasn't worth the 1,900 in taxes I was going to save.

1. Acceleration - I've been babying the truck for a nice slow break-in. Did get on it once or twice though and it really is quite fast. Maybe not as much of an initial response from the pedal as the Raptor, but 1-2 seconds in you'll have a smile on your face.

2. Haven't noticed any difference in turning. Just a difference in length while parking but 360 camera's make that a breeze. Overall impressed by the turning radius and ease of getting around tight parking lots.

Agreed, my Raptor had increasing road noise from tires and it was starting to bother me. We'll see how these wear-in and if it increases, but dura-tracs are really good tires. Not as soft as BFG so hopefully won't wear the same way.

-Tom
