Adding factory running boards

I am trying to add the factory running boards. I have all the info I need except where to mount the module. There is a different module mounted where the running board module is supposed to be. I have also read that in the newer trucks it is in the center console. Has anyone done this on a 2020 Lariat? Pic of where the module was supposed to go.

I found it is located in the rear of the center console.
