Ford cheaped out a bit on the 2022s removing small things that were included on other model years. It seems like this started in 2020MY, and they just kept taking small things out from year to year. I've been chatting with @JHForman812 and with his help I put together the below. All credit to him!

I'm not making harnesses/kits for other people, but if you want to do it yourself. Here is what you'll need:

For the automotive connectors you can also use the following. Note that you'll have to trim the tabs off the bottom of the female connector.

You'll also need some 22AWG stranded wire (strongly recommend multiple colors), wire strippers, terminal crimper, flush cuts, and either Tesa tape or heatshrink + split loom (to protect the wires from abrasion).

The connectors, and pins aren't exactly expensive. You'll spend more on shipping. Buy extra, it's cheap insurance.

Build it!

There are a few ways to get the ambient lights in the cup holders working. This route isn't particularly difficult or expensive and the tools, tape, and wire aren't bad to have around for the next project.

The Y harness will go in between the input to the ambient light module in the driver side foot well (short side), with a run going through the dash and up the center console to the cupholder light module. To make sure you run the right wire to the right terminal location on the connectors I strongly recommend you use three different colors of 22AWG wire. It makes it much easier to keep track of what you are doing. Speaking of which I'm not covering which color wire goes where in the step by step instructions. The picture below shows which wire goes where in each terminal. I used Black, Green, Red.

1. Cut the wire to working size. You'll need 3 pieces around 6 inches in length, and another 3 that are 3-4 feet long.

2. Starting with the shorter pieces of wire, strip a little bit of the insulation off one end of each. If you look at the terminal pictures above you'll notice there are two sets of "wings". The furthest back (top rightmost) is intended to grip the insulation on the wire. The next set working forward is what is crimped to bare wire.

3. On these first three wires you'll need to crimp on 22AWG FEMALE terminals. Take your time. Crimp the wire first, then address the crimp that grabs the insulation. When done each wire will look similar to this:

3. You should now have three short wires all with female terminals attached. One at a time slide the terminal into the connector. These are keyed so if it doesn't go in smoothly rotate the terminal 180 and try again. When the terminal correctly seats inside the connector you'll feel a small click.

4. Once you have all three terminals seated lock the terminals in place by pushing the white piece on the face of the connector straight back towards the wires. This will click/snap when in place, and will visibly be flush with the colored part of the connector.

5. Now grab your three long wires. Strip the insulation off one end, and crimp on MALE terminals.

6. Insert the male terminals into the male connector. If you bought 31067-1070 (black) use it here. If you bought 31067-1072 (brown) use one of those here. Once the terminals are seated you'll need to engage the lock. There might be a more graceful way, but I just used the female connector attached to my short wires. Make sure before you lock down the connector that you have the wires in the right positions! In the picture below you see that like connects to like:

7. Now you should have two pigtails. A short one that has a female connector attached, and a long one with a male connector attached. Time to make the Y.

8. Strip the insulation off the unterminated wires (6).

9. You'll need to pair the wires. So using my examples. Red goes to Red, Green to Green, etc. Crimp each pair of wires in a 20AWG MALE terminal. You'll find the wire crimps in easily by the insulation does not. You'll want to have the wires "stacked" vertically so we can shove this whole mess into the connector. Keep pairing and crimping until all three pairs are terminated. The connector you need to use here will be 31067-1071 (gray), or the second 31067-1072 (brown). Take look at the female connector you already finished and install the terminals in this second connector in the same order.

Seating the terminals can be a challenge with both wires being in place. You'll notice that the entry into the connector is rectangular. Take a look at your crimps and see if you ended up with an odd shape or bulges. If you do, using the nose of the crimp tool to square up the terminal so you can fit it more easily into the connector. You might also find the insulation hits the outside of the connector when trying to insert it. Just apply slight downward pressure with your thumbnail as you side the terminals in. Worst case you make a hash out of this, you cut the wires and crimp on a new terminal.

10. Seat the locking device on this last male connector.

11. Hard part is over :). You now have a three conductor Y harness with one female connector, and two male connectors.

12. Dress the harness wires using either Tesa tape, or split loom.

13. Drink a beer (why weren't you doing this already?)

Notes/Errata

It is possible that the connectors you end up with (especially the brown ones will not be keyed correctly for the HC3Z-14A318-E, and the truck side connection. This is no big deal. You'll see two ridges on the bottom of the connector:

Using flush cuts, and/or some sandpaper. Remove those ridges so that the bottom of the connector is smoothish (doesn't have to be perfect).

Now go read @JHForman812's thread for the actual install process!

Very good info - do you plan to share any photos or other experiences from the install process?
