7.3L Godzilla coffee table book?

Does anyone know of a coffee table book for the 7.3L Godzilla? Just learned about their existence for the Ford diesel engines, and would be really cool to have a copy for the 7.3.

Listened through this yesterday, and was great! Interesting hearing about how difficult it was to drive the idea of doing a pushrod engine inside Ford, as well as more confirmation about how over-built the engine is.
