I'm needing some opinions from people with 5th wheel and gooseneck experience. I just picked up my 38' Astoria 5th wheel and I had the dealer install an Andersen Ranch Hitch offset adapter so I can use my gooseneck ball in my truck. It seems to look a bit off for my comfort. The service dept at the dealer who installed said it was fine and its more of a "cosmetic" issue. It just looks funky to me. The adapter looks to be installed correctly but the rota-flex 5th wheel pin box seems to slightly out of level which is causing the whole thing to look slanted on my ball.

I unhitched, leveled out the trailer front to back, and then stuck my level onto the pin box and it is slightly angled up (pictures attached).

Anyone with experience and knowledge please give me your opinions. Is it actually okay or am I going to cause damage to either my truck/trailer down the road?

Not familiar with the rotoflex. Will using it affect your trailer warranty? The Reese goosebox is supposed to keep your warranty valid. Sorry I can’t directly answer your question.
