All, I have an equalizer WDH with the standard 2" shank for my travel trailer and a cheap 2" height adjustable hitch for towing boat/small trailer, etc.. Any thoughts on whether to just buy a to buy a 3" to 2" reducer for the Tremor like this

or invest in a 3 inch adjustable shank and WDH adapter like these? Thanks

why cheap out, your trailer and truck are a investment don't risk it with a cheap connection/weak link?

Any thoughts on drop? is 8 inch adequate? They have 10 and 12 inch.......

8 should be good
I got a 5 and most of the time its good except for my short ATV trailer
( ramp gets steep for my zero turn)

if you are going bigger tires and or a lift get more drop

I tow a 19 Fury 2910 (TH) and I plan to get the 3" bullet proof 6" drop, and the WDH adapter. I hate reducers. One more pain in the ass. Plus this way the 3" shank is good and the 6" drop should do all I need it for.

Roger that, thanks

I'm in the exact same boat, looking at the same options, though I think I'm going to end up with the 8" drop since I MAY have a lift planned in the future. Anyone have experience with this WD adapter? Seems like allot of pieces to the puzzle to get it all to work, I'm a little worried it will rattle like crazy. And do any of you have the total length from hitch pin to bolt holes for the WD adapter? As you all likely know, this length/distance effects your ability to make sharp turns when backing, but also adds to total length of the rig. It's a double edged sword.

I called Equalizer company yesterday and they said they should have a 3 inch shank to use with my existing 2 inch WDH available in early 2021...I might wait for it.

I have the same equalizer hitch for my Rebel and was contemplating the reducer, but bought a 3" drop hitch instead. Too many moving parts IMHO.

B&W tow ratings are different on the different size shanks. Look at that and make your decision.
