AEV Front Bumper

Built from heavy-gauge stamped steel, this bumper offers exceptional strength with OE-level refinement while minimizing unnecessary weight. It features chassis-mounted recovery points, winch capability up to 20,000 lb, and full ADAS compatibility for modern Super Duty safety systems. I would imagine they would just have a blunt cut off of it without the AEV Bumper

The AEV flares have supports built in because you remove so much factory fender.

I’m also assuming their 4in lift is for No. tremor, meaning a 3in lift for Tremors

I think the only items AEV currently offers that I would be interested in would be the rear bumper. I like their wheel design, but it looks like they are tailored to work with their fender flares, which is understandable.

I would have thought they would have used something more robust than Bilstein 5100s, but at least they can be replaced instead of needing to be rebuilt.

Good observation, not even a 2.5. In a way this looks more like a leveling kit. Whereas higher end suspension systems take care of caster via adjustable radius arms and shims, all i see here is the radius arms drop brackets.
