2025 front oval

Need some opinions, will be picking up a 25 f250 platinum tremor 6.7 in a few days I need to get that hideous giant chrome oval off the grill as fast as possible lol so being that ford nixed the washer hole I’m stuck ordering a custom painted one need help picking color lay out meaning what to make the chrome parts and what to make the blue parts truck is ruby red. Attached example reference not the right color obviously

I agree with your desire to lose the chrome/blue oval. I have decided to go with the illuminated oval. If I do not like the oval being lit, I will simply unplug it. It comes with a blank plate to fill the nozzle hole.

I like the custom painted route for sure. You convinced me to dislike the chrome, lol, so now that's all I notice. Thanks for that....... So I'll likely head in the custom direction as well. My truck is Carbonized so I'm going to order the chrome areas painted gloss black to match grill and go carbonized with the center oval....gloss black Ford lettering....???? Or, can do chromed areas and lettering in Carbonized with center oval gloss black....???

On a red truck, not sure what I'd do. Maybe a combination of flat black and gloss black? Not sure how red would look on the grill...???

Don’t unplug it put it on upfitter so you can turn it off on demand.

I wasnt quite sure about the lighted logo for a long time but now that i have it on my truck i wouldnt go back to any other logo, and i have a collection of them by now.

I’m in the same boat I don’t known what route to go initially I’m thinking all chrome paint gloss black and do the blue part ruby red but not sure I kinda feel doing the opposite will be to much red

Short answer no lol, most 25 platinums show up with a full chrome giant oval with only a front camera in it and no square hole for a washer squirter currently the only “bap” option from ford has a round camera hole and a square squirter hole so you’d have to source a square cap and plug the hole

It really wouldn’t have changed things for me because my truck doesn’t go into production until the week of 3/2 so I won’t see it till April. Not too big of a deal for me.

I’m surprised they don’t offer a core credit so they don’t have to deal with supply and demand. As much, anyway.

Keep us posted as you hear more from them and I will do the same.

Where is the camera washer located on the '25 Platinum then?

Many options out there. Sticker kits (cheapest route) or I have these aluminum ones that stick on as well. Got away from the green and went with the aluminum flag.

BAP does come on the other trucks. Seems to have the 360* camera package as well so if you were patient it's likely OEM has what you want.
