No other real changes.
The bigger screen was expected, but I sure wish they had it for the '21 I recently took delivery on. It looks way better.
I also really like how the temp is shown on the knobs. Right now, in Carplay mode, I can't see what my temp is set to.
I also expect(hope) Sync4 is less buggy than Sync3. Maybe it'll be possible to retrofit into the 20/21 trucks?

I'm sure it won't take too long for someone to figure out how to retrofit the new screen from the 2022+ models to the current genertation trucks.

I bet a full dash swap would be possible.
 
It looks like just an infotainment swap is necessary. Of course Ford oem prices will probably be $4k.
Looks like the center of the dash cutout is higher.
