Damn. That’s rad. Same suspension I’d like to get. But I didn’t think you could cram 40s under and still flex without tearing the fenders off. That thing has to rub like crazy. Right?

I assume at some point OP must have went from 38/13.50/18 to 40/13.50/17, because in photo #3 one can clearly see he is on 38s.

Those are fuel zephyrs. They only come in two offsets for either 17s or 18s. My guess is OP ran 1 offset, as there isnt much poke even with 13.50s, and yet 1 offset would be enough to clear them with carli radius arms. I’m somewhat surprised 40s fit on a 5.5 lift, but apparently they did without any major cutting or rubbing as OP stated. Personally, i’d be happy with his first setup of 38/13.50/18. Looks beefy as is.

Re-gearing I hope, 38s are a stretch with stock tremor gears. 40s would be a must…

I run 38s.. they still break loose when 2nd hits under full throttle... I would jump to 40s without hesitation with these 3.55.

Plenty... knowing the trimming I've done for 38s, i am not willing to break out the sawzall but plenty of customers doing it.
