2020 Lariat Sport without blackout LEDs?!

So went to a dealer today possibly to trade my 2020 F-250 XLT Tremor 7.3 on a 2020 6.7 Lariat with the Sport Package is it was called then haha….Anyway I immediately noticed on the truck that the LED headlights did not have the black surrounds but looked like the LEDs you would get on a King Ranch…I became suspect but asked the dealer about the Carfax etc and it was clean….He also said the truck was traded in like this….I’m just not sure what to think, I’m a little suspect. Possible the truck came without the black package and the owner had swapped the trim? Check the original window sticker?

Forgot to mention I checked the window sticker and it said Lariat Sport Package which was correct for 2020. I’m baffled…

Possible if it was traded in, the PO had a buddy that wanted the black headlights and they swapped. Dealer probably didn't pay any attention.

Or the black headlights were replaced under warranty and the dealer replaced with chrome instead. Either way, they have most likely been replaced with a different set.

Could be swapped, could have been a factory goof. Ford shipped some 2018+ mustangs with the older model taillights at one point, so anything's possible.
