I had no problems with fitting either bumpers on tremor however I didn’t have winch. Midnight series has a winch option so I’d imagine at worse you’d just have to use some of its brackets. Camera opening on brush guard was either open or closed but on midnight you can remove section or put it back.

If you can afford the additional $10k+ go with the 6.7. I went 7.3 for all the reasons you mentioned and it is a beast however do not expect it to pass a gas station. Pulling a 32’ gooseneck with 2 Polaris crews I got 6.9 there and 7.1 back to my deer lease on Texas highway.

I can get you more photos if you want to see different angles. It’s tight against truck, setup for winch and light bars plus lighter than a full RH replacement. My only complaint to this point is you lose your tow hooks.
