I ran a Pedal Monster on my 2021 7.3 for 2 years. Trading in the truck soon and don’t need it anymore. Asking $225 and I’ll ship to you. As many on this forum have said, these throttle response modules are highly recommended! Get one even if you don’t buy mine. But you’d save a bunch if you did...
Absolutely go with AMB and stone. I was just like you and was on the fence but changed from black/stone to AMB/stone before my build started. You‘ll love it. Yes it looks almost black at night and overcast days but on sunny days it POPS! You will need to keep it clean though but I’m guessing you...
Just completed first fill up since installing. 8.9 MPG!!!! 85% stop light city traffic and quite a bit of parked idle too. To be fair I was getting about 10.5 MPG before install. I have the responsiveness set on city at 10. I’ll try city at maybe 5 and see what I get next fill up.
I live 7 minutes from work. With 1300 miles (90% city) literally going stop light to stop light, I'm at about 10.5. It seems to be getting better with each fill up but I just installed the pedal monster so I may get set back at the next fill up. I did notice the very few times I had it at...
I thought of fuel tank. I’m wondering if after I add shorter blocks to reverse level if the drivers side will sit almost perfectly level while the passenger side has an inch rake.
Anyone else have a difference in factory wheel well height in the rear. I’m at 45.5" on passenger side and 44.5" on driver side. All factory suspension with 1200 miles.
So I just pulled the dash apart and that made the job 300% easier. Not hard to get it off and the whole job took an hour maybe. Thanks for the pics @ECHO-24
Can anyone snap a pic of cable management? I like where @ECHO-24 zip tied the module. I don’t want to worry about all the cables falling down and getting tangled in my feet or pedals.
Hey, I'd "like" to get better MPGs but I don't "need" a diesel. I also don't want to deal with the emissions hoopla! Brass tacks though, when I press on the gas pedal I get a little excited at the sound of that V8. I kinda look forward to the next stop light so I can do it again.
I "think" I would take delivery of the ‘21 and trade it for a ‘23 down the road. Assuming you wont have huge negative equity (I obviously don’t know your financials). Two pluses the way I see it. You avoid the issues that will inevitably arrive with new software and you get to drive your Tremor...
700 miles, I’m at about 10.3. All city, stop light to stop light. I intentionally haven’t nailed the throttle many times just to see what I can get. You’ll keep climbing. We should see mid 13s in a few thousand miles.
automotivetouchup.com I ordered a color matched antimatter blue paint pen and a clear coat pen to apply when paint has dried. It wont be here for another week so I can't comment on how well it works but I was out the door $25 including shipping. They say it takes longer to receive because they...
Let me chime in and simply say, i went all the way from XLT—>Lariat—>Lariat Sport—>King Ranch when I was building and talking with the dealer. I always wanted the KR but told myself I’d be okay spending less on the XLT. I’ve had my truck now for over a month and EVERY DAY I’m glad I got what I...
