Ordered a pair of XL80s for pillar lights and could use some help with the wiring harness, I’m looking to connect them direct to the upfitter switches and was curious is the factory harness that comes with it supports this or if I need to order something different. Appreciate the help

When I ordered my BD, they had an option for the upfitter harness. Couldn’t be simpler, white wire clamps on the upfitter of your choice, black wire to ground. That’s it
Did you get the upfitter harness on yours?

Thats good to know. I didn't get the option just came with one that had a relay and toggle switch

Just cut the supplied harness, you don't need their relay. As SY said, white to the upfitter and black to ground.

You can cut and splice the harness and make it work, but I recommend adding the two wiring kits below. It's what I used to wire up the XL80s on my personal truck and what I recommend for all of our customers.

Appreciate the response. I ended up busting out my high school soldering skills and making a split harness. Really pleased with the light output on the XL-80s and ready to move to the next lighting project. .
