Id like to also know the difficulty of the removal of the bumper. Im close to pulling the trigger on the winch. I downloaded the revised installation guide and it seems doable- even for this electrician! Lol

And right on cue today, it remembered my setting on the way to work but reset on the way home. I dont mind the 10 or so seconds to scroll down to change the settings. Im just worried if things arent working the way it should 3 weeks in, what other issues are on their way? *sigh

Incidentally it happened twice yesterday. One on the way in and the other on the way home.

I've had mine installed a couple weeks now. I went with the iDash setup which is very convenient. I suction-cupped it to the lower dash so I can monitor/make changes easy. What's unfortunate is that twice now when I get into the truck to head to work, the damn thing resorts back to "stock"...

Also, as Im waited to hear back from my dealer to see if adding the dual battery is even possible/available from Ford, he tells me for them to provide and install the winch is 5600? That seems kind of high to me. 3000k retail from Ford performance, about 1/2 day’s labor. What say you???

For what its worth, Ford’s DBW system was always a weak point for me. My first ford truck was a ‘93 F150 and havent looked back since. With the Banks, the pedal lag is gone- the acceleration is how it should be- almost the same as my camaros! 😏
