I absolutely think itll help. As i personally pull a 35ft bumper pull. 1550lb pin weight. along with people and gear as well.
Depending on what else your doing, it might be worthwhile to pick up a sway bar as well to help keep everything nice and tight.

Bags - Adjustable, quality is based off of manufacturer, along with whether or not you need to keep air in them.
