Upper joints had play but less significant. I rebuilt all joints; only thing i reused was the drag link and tie-rod bar.

    Carli E-Click settings

I look forward to more feedback as you get more time on it. I am still loving mine - don't think I've ever had a suspension this long... I was looking into King 3.0" in black/red with 2 tube bypass front and 4 tube rear then i decided against it as I love the highway ride of this kit so much.

Little update as I'm all about transparency given a lot of you look to my truck for torture testing. I did experience a failure on the APEX steering at the year mark. Had a little shake in the wheel i was trying to track down and found it in the Passenger lower tie-rod end. I called Chris and...

(FIXED)Carli Commuter shock issues at less than 2k miles

Thanks! Also, my new-hire, Devon, is slaying it over here. We've left the office with no voicemails and only10% missed call rate (meaning customer left voicemail and got an immediate call back) since he started here!

    Advice 5"-6" lift for '22 7.3L Gasser

We only do the 2.5”/3.5" for the gas motor. The 4.5”/5.5" is a much smaller market segment so we only do it for the Diesel. That said, many have had luck with our 4.5” Diesel kit on the Gas truck adding a bumper/winch combo to make up the weight variance between the gas/diesel applications...

    Carli E-Venture

I have 35K on mine and haven't had to touch them despite MANY off-road miles. If they don't leak by 50K, I'll rebuild them to run fresh oil at that time as i am a severe use case. I would advise most customers 5 years or 100K to swap to fresh oil.

You're going to be psyched! You're going to cal-truck, correct?

Best 22 Tremor Leveling Kit - Carli, OUO, Etc.

The tune in the Pintops is optimized for the full leaf springs - it's the spring option that will perform best with the Pintop but it's not necessary; ride will suffer slightly but a Tremor will maintain a slightly rear high stance even with stock springs.

Carli Backcountry w/ Factory Rear Leafs

I know @TremorHopeful is handled, but, for future readers, we do NOT recommend stock springs with the Commuter or Backcountry - both of these systems are optimized/tuned with the full progressive leaf springs. The Tremors being F350 leaf springs, we don't recommend the add-a-pack, either...

    2.5 shocks vs 2.0

Negative - our shocks would be too long for a stock spring.

    [23-24] Carli E-Venture 5.5 Lift Kit

Ideal tire ratio rule of thumb, double the wheel size to get the proper tire size. 17s are great with 35-37 18 for 37-38 20 for 40s

    [23-24] Carli E-Venture 5.5 Lift Kit

The incompatibility is not with the E-Venture but with a lift. We have a smart-hitch equipped Super Duty in the shop & we’ve pulled it in and sent off for some prototype parts to see what’s adaptable. The problem... modifying the height and spring rate obviously won't jive with their algorithm...

    2.5 shocks vs 2.0

I honestly don't get the reviews on the Pintop being stiff. I have been running these trucks with big shocks for 15 years now and have been in every combination of chassis/race shock that exists. The truck that started it all was my 2006 F250 with a Pintop Leveling Kit. I daily drove it, ran it...
