just bought it last week....love it so far. This is not my first truck, or my first 4WD, but it WILL be the first truck i have ever done after market mods to.

I always loved the look of a Leveled truck. Looking at my week old, stock 350, to me it looks like it needs to be leveled.

Not looking to upgrade wheels or tires (yet) but will likely explore 37" tires on stock Tremor wheels (if that's possible) before too long.

What do you think? What else do I need to consider? This "newbie" appreciates all the help and opinions.

I’m in same boat wth my F-250. Thinking I will try the 1-1/2” spacer. But still trying to figure out caster correction.

Leveling a Tremor it is 100% about your future plans. I have family near you, in Ridgeway. We visit yearly. The back roads around you are some of the most beautiful places in this country. Also some of the most dangerous. I chose the Carli 2.5 kit for my Tremor. I plan to travel those back roads out of Ouray, Silverton, Moab and the Sierras. With this kit, I have the confidence the truck will be up to the task. It raised, the front of the truck 1.5". it now sits perfectly level.

Thanks for the reply...Seems like Carli is the way to go. I see it mentioned and gets rave reviews from everyone on this forum.

and yes...those are not for the faint of heart, for sure! Way more fun in a SxS in my opinion!

I’m always confused on how much the lift actually is on the 7.3. It says 2.5” but it only does 1.5”?

same....just measured...at stock from the factory, I am 45.5" to rear fender well and 42" to front. i believe you experienced wheelers call that "rake"?

What's my goal? For those to be even? I do NOT like the front of the truck to look higher than the rear. Does a level kit raise the front the full 3.5" or just close the gap to appear "level"?

Sorry for the questions...i know some of you are reading this shaking your head...but hey, you gotta start somewhere. I appreciate all of your insight and wisdom and don't want to learn the hard way.

NOTE: i did stop by a local off-road shop...they saw $$ and i just want to make sure I get what I want and don't over, or under spend. I want it done right, but I don't want someone to sell me something I don't need.

Can anybody answer this question. With a Carli level or commuter system how much lift will a 7.3 actually get? I’m hearing conflicting measurements between 1.5” and 2.5”.

1.5

On a 21 7.3 Tremor, the Cali 2.5 Commuter kit raised up the front of my truck 1 1/2". It now sits perfectly level. I'll post a few pic's tomorrow.

Mine is loaded down so it’s leveled naturally!!! Lol

Welk if it did lift 1.5” then shouldn’t it still have 1.5“ rake? The rear is 3 inches higher than the front right?

I still want about 1” or 1.5” of rake so when I haul stuff I’m not nose high

If you don’t do anything to the rear, it will lower.

You are correct. If you do the Carli 1.5" kit and leave the rear of the truck stock, you will still have ~ 1.5" of rake.

I have the full Carli pintop 2.5 with Carli’s leaf springs on a gaser and my measurements are below: Note: I am on stock wheels and tires.

front: 43 3/4 rear: 45 3/4

You mean the Deaver Progressive leafs? As far as I know, Carli does not have their own leafs.

The Deaver leafs remove the rear block and lowers the carrying capacity to 75% of a 3/4 ton. They ride much better on the street, but you will need airbags if you are planning to tow heavy.
